Didn’t Receive the Verification Email

If you just created a LunaNotes account but didn’t get the verification email, it’s usually because your email provider filtered it as spam or your inbox is full. Follow these quick steps to fix it and activate your account. Why this happens - The message was sent to your Spam or Junk folder. - Your inbox storage is full, preventing new messages from arriving. - You entered your email address incorrectly during sign-up. - Your email provider blocked or delayed automated emails from lunanotes.io. How to fix it 1. Check your Spam or Junk folder Look for an email from [email protected]. → If found, mark it as “Not spam” to prevent this in the future. 2. Free up inbox space Delete or archive old emails if your storage is full (especially for Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo). 3. Wait a few minutes Some providers delay verification emails — give it 5–10 minutes and refresh your inbox. 4. Resend the verification email Go to the LunaNotes login page and click “Resend verification email”. 5. Sign up again if needed If you suspect a typo, create your account again with the correct email. Tips - Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list. - Avoid disposable or temporary email addresses. - For work or school accounts, ask IT to **whitelist **lunanotes.io. Still need help? If you’ve tried all the steps and still haven’t received the email, contact our support team at [email protected] with: - The email you used to register - The approximate time you tried to sign up - A short description or screenshot of the issue
