Didn’t Receive the Verification Email

If you just created a LunaNotes account but didn’t get the verification email, it’s usually because your email provider filtered it as spam or your inbox is full. Why this happens - The message was sent to your Spam or Junk folder. - Your inbox storage is full, preventing new messages from arriving. - You entered your email address incorrectly during sign-up. - Your email provider blocked or delayed automated emails from lunanotes.io. How to fix it 1. Check your Spam or Junk folder Look for an email from [email protected]. → If found, mark it as “Not spam” to prevent this in the future. 2. Free up inbox space Delete or archive old emails if your storage is full (especially for Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo). 3. Wait a few minutes Some providers delay verification emails — give it 5–10 minutes and refresh your inbox. 4. Resend the verification email Go to the LunaNotes login page and click “Resend verification email”. 5. Sign up again if needed If you suspect a typo, create your account again with the correct email. Tips - Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list. - Avoid disposable or temporary email addresses. - For work or school accounts, ask IT to **whitelist **lunanotes.io. How to Fix Login Problems in LunaNotes (Quick Browser Reset Guide)

Sometimes LunaNotes may have trouble loading your account because some information from a previous session stays saved and becomes outdated. This can happen after updates, switching accounts, or simply returning after a long time. When this happens, you might see issues like the login button not responding, blank pages, or being stuck during sign-in. A quick reset of the saved data only for LunaNotes helps the app start fresh and usually solves these issues in a matter of seconds. This process is safe, fast, and does not delete any of your notes or personal settings. Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Open your browser settings 1. Click the three dots in Chrome, Edge, Brave, or any Chromium browser. 2. Select Settings. 2. Go to Privacy and Security 1. In the sidebar, click Privacy and security. 2. Select Site settings. 3. Search for LunaNotes 1. Scroll down and click View permissions and data stored across sites. 2. In the search bar, type: lunanotes.io 4. Clear the saved data 1. Click app.lunanotes.io. 2. Press the Delete button. 3. Confirm when asked. 5. Try logging in again 1. Close all LunaNotes tabs. 2. Reopen https://app.lunanotes.io 3. Sign in again. Most users regain access immediately after this reset. FAQ Will this delete my notes? No. Your notes are safely stored in the cloud. Nothing you do here will remove them. Do I need to reinstall the extension? Not at all. Once you sign in again, the extension will work normally. Does this delete my browser history? No. This removes data only from the LunaNotes site.
