Open the web app
Go to https://app.lunanotes.io/v and sign in.

Go to Settings from the left sidebar
In the left sidebar, click ⚙️ Settings.

Open the “Billing” tab
Inside Settings, select Billing. (Direct link: https://app.lunanotes.io/settings)

Click “Cancel plan”
In Billing, select Cancel plan and follow the steps.

Request a refund (if applicable)
If the purchase was recent, you can request a refund.

Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and, if approved, the refund.
