  1. Video doesn’t generate a summary

    Some YouTube videos don’t have an accessible transcript, which prevents the AI from summarizing them.

  2. Exceeded usage limit

    Free and Starter plans have a limited number of AI summaries per month.

    Check your plan limits in Billing Settings.

  3. Summary takes too long

    Longer videos may require extra processing time.

    Try refreshing the page if it seems stuck.

  4. Error: “Unable to fetch transcript”

    This usually happens if the video language isn’t supported yet.

    Try another video or check if subtitles are available.

  5. Connection or login issues

    Make sure you are logged into both the web app and the extension.

    Check your internet connection and refresh the page.
