Common issues with your account

  1. Notes are not syncing to the web app

    Make sure you are logged in with the same email in both the extension and the web app.

    Refresh the web app or restart your browser.

  2. The extension keeps asking me to log in

    Clear your browser cache and log in again.

    Ensure third-party cookies are enabled in Chrome.

  3. I can’t see the LunaNotes panel on YouTube

    Check that the extension is enabled in Chrome.

    Reload the YouTube page and try again.

  4. Session expired

    Log out and back into both the extension and the web app to refresh your session.

  5. Didn’t receive the validation email

    Sometimes the confirmation email may take a few minutes.

    Check your Spam, as it may end up there.
